Refund policy

Email hello@aignored.com from the address on the account and say you want a refund. You do not have to give a reason. We reply to confirm, usually the same day.

The refund is executed through Lemon Squeezy, who processed the payment as merchant of record. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, not by us, so we cannot promise a date. Lemon Squeezy emails you a credit note when it is issued.

Any payment made in the last 14 days, monthly or yearly, first payment or a renewal. Running scans in that window does not void the refund. If you subscribed by mistake or a renewal caught you out, say so and we refund it.

Cancel in the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, which you can open from billing settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the account returns to Free. We do not refund the unused part of a period after day 14, so cancel before the renewal date if you are done.

If we close your paid account for our own reasons rather than a breach of the terms, we refund the unused part whenever that happens.

Provider costs. Scans run on your own Google and AI keys, so those charges are billed to you by Google, OpenAI, Perplexity and the rest, and never pass through us. We have no way to refund a bill we never collected. The pricing page explains what a scan typically costs at the providers before you run one.

The free plan costs nothing here, so there is nothing to refund on it. It exists so you can test the product before you pay.

Email us before you open a dispute with your bank. A refund from us lands faster than a chargeback and does not lock the account while the bank investigates.
